Member of Technical Staff, Platform

About the Role

Join the engineering team at an AI-powered research platform as a platform-focused, full-stack engineer. You will help build product capabilities and technical foundations that make it easier for organizations to gather insights and make decisions.

What You'll Do

• Build analysis and insights features, including chat functionality within the platform.
• Develop recruitment and incentive tools for self-service workflows, including participant lists and panels.
• Contribute to the platform's product experience, overall design, and design systems.
• Partner with product and design teams on product-focused initiatives.
• Build and improve platform capabilities, including distributed systems and APIs.

What We're Looking For

• Two to eight years of experience as a full-stack or platform engineer, with a strong record of engineering progression.
• Strong TypeScript skills and hands-on experience with distributed systems and technically complex software.
• Experience building platform systems or product features from the ground up in a fast-growing, early-stage company.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science from a highly regarded university, plus evidence of strong engineering performance.
• Collaborative engineering team experience, ownership, and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience on a high-caliber engineering team; founding or early-stage startup experience is valued.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $200,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
