Member of Technical Staff

About the Role

This Member of Technical Staff role contributes to work across modeling, systems, and product development at an AI/ML company. You will help turn ideas into production software and systems, working across these areas without relying on a detailed roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Take technical ideas from concept through production.
• Develop and ship software or systems for production use.
• Contribute across machine learning modeling, systems engineering, and product work.
• Work through open-ended problems and make progress without a detailed roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• At least five years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical role.
• Two to six years of hands-on software engineering and machine learning modeling experience.
• Experience shipping production software or systems.
• Experience with at least one major programming language or systems language.
• Ability to carry ideas from concept to production across modeling, systems, and product areas.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $210,000 to $325,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
