Job overview GMMH is delighted to be able to offer a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, the position of mental health practitioner within the South Manchester and Trafford Mental Health Liaison Team.
The post holder will be required to work as part of the 24-hour All-Age Liaison Mental Health Service based at the Manchester Foundation Trust Hospitals at Wythenshawe and Trafford.
