Job Description Job Description Must reside locally within 1 hour of the following counties: Duncanville, DeSoto and Cedar Hill, as this clinician will cover families that live in all of these areas.

Travel is required as part of this role’s duties (20%–100% per day) across Southern Dallas.

Fleet or personal vehicles may be used for business needs; transport of individuals is only permitted with a company vehicle and management approval.
