Protocol Education are recruiting for a Secondary School looking for a Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Worker who can bring calm, consistency, and real understanding to pupils who need it most.

This role is all about connection.

You’ll be helping pupils manage emotions, build trust, and feel safe enough to learn, often for the first time in a while.
