Micro-transfer printing engineer
What you will do
You will join the team at imec-Ghent focused on maturing micro-transfer printing technology for heterogeneous integration.
You will operate high-precision micro-transfer printing equipment and develop print recipes for the integration of III-V devices on 200mm silicon photonics wafers.
You will develop and optimize print recipes towards robust and fully automated printing, reducing the need for manual intervention.
