Requirements:

• Genuine hands-on experience building AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Ideally, experience with several of the following: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Search, RAG and knowledge-grounded AI applications, AI agents and agentic workflows, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure Functions or Logic Apps, APIs and system integrations, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar, and Microsoft Entra ID or cloud security

Responsibilities:

• Build AI applications, copilots, agents, and automated workflows
• Develop solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, and Copilot Studio
• Build RAG and enterprise search solutions using internal business data
• Connect AI solutions to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other business systems
• Use APIs, connectors, and Azure services to build integrations
• Develop and improve prompts, agent workflows, and AI tooling
• Take solutions through development and testing and into production
• Help ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and properly governed
• Monitor live AI services and improve performance, accuracy, and cost
• Work with technical teams and business users to identify where AI can add value

Were looking for a hands-on Microsoft AI Engineer to join our growing technology team and help build and roll out AI solutions across the business. This is an engineering role focused on taking business ideas, finding practical AI solutions, and building them for deployment in a live enterprise environment—not solely on AI strategy or proof of concepts. The work is mainly across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI, Copilot, and the wider Microsoft cloud stack. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis and pays £400 per day, outside IR35.
