Job Description The Microsoft Lifecycle Specialist owns the operational administration of Wavenet’s Microsoft customer estate from accepted order through provisioning, in-life changes, renewal and offboarding.

The role manages Microsoft licensing, tenant and partner records, renewal governance, incentives, programme administration, reporting and lifecycle exceptions.

The role sits within Solutions and Strategy and is primarily internal-facing.
