JOB TITLE: Mission Engagement Associate DEPARTMENT: Marketing and Philanthropy REPORTS TO: Mission Engagement Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt SUMMARY : The Mission Engagement Associate manages the IPAA awards and oversees workplace and civic giving.
This includes holiday workplace giving, third-party events, and in-kind giving.
The scope of work includes community outreach, volunteer coordination, event support, and donor portfolio management.
