Mixing Room Operative

The Mixing Room Operative is responsible for accurately weighing, preparing and issuing raw materials to support efficient production while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and health and safety.

Roles can include: (a) Meat Inspection / Materials Handling: Inspect, trim and prepare raw meat by removing bone, excess fat and any non-conforming material in accordance with production schedules, quality standards, product specifications and food safety procedures.
