Overview The Modern Workplace & Cloud Operations Administrator is a Tier 3 operational role responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of Microsoft 365, Intune-managed endpoints, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and hybrid Active Directory/Entra ID identity services.
