Essential Functions &
Responsibilities
Prepares and reviews all documents to be signed by borrowers during the closing process.
Travels to various branch locations to facilitate loan closings by explaining all documents to borrowers and notarizing signatures.
Reviews mortgage loan information for accuracy, any missing information and regulatory
requirements
