Description
Description Job Summary: Provides music therapy directly to patients in coordination with the Plan of Care established by the interdisciplinary team.
May provide individual and group music therapy to residents of ALF, SNF and/or other community organizations as a contract service.
Provide music therapy to bereaved adults or through the Avow Kids Program.
