Network Infrastructure Engineer II

The System Engineer II, Network at MUSC supports the Medical University Hospital Authority's network infrastructure, focusing on reliability and performance. Provide Tier II network engineering support for MUHA infrastructure. Design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions and security devices. Collaborate with teams to improve network availability and performance. Document configurations and changes, ensuring knowledge transfer to peers. Requires strong networking knowledge in routing, switching, VPN and security. Experience with VOIP, wireless network design, and IP management is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
