Responsibilities:Review site instructions with purchasersSelect all exterior and interior finishing’s with purchasersReview upgrade options with purchasersDesign/redesign kitchen layoutsComplete price requestsComplete change ordersReview architectural working drawings with purchasersLiaise with constructionLiaise with TradesJob Qualifications: 1-3 years of similar work experience in designPrevious New Home Builder experience is an assetAttention to detailGreat customer service skillsCollege/University education in Interior Desig, Interior Decorating, or a program related to architecture (a requirement, unless there is sufficient work experience in a similar position)English is a requirement but other languages are a strong asset.Strong proficiency in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office Suites ( particularly Gmail, Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Google Calendar)Able to work in a fast paced environmentIndependent, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWell organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and coordinate various activities
