2–5 years of experience in a Network Operations environment.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Next-Generation Firewalls, and DHCP.
Understanding of related infrastructure technologies (e.g., servers, cloud platforms).
Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Aruba, Palo Alto, EfficientIP) are an advantage.
ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
