Job Description Job Description We are seeking two licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join a growing urgent-care-at-home practice serving families in Brooklyn, New York.

This is an on-site position with virtual patient consultations .

Providers will work from the practice's location and conduct live video visits with patients while field medical technicians visit patients' homes with hospital-grade diagnostic equipment.
