PRN Job Summary: Functions as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized patient care by performing designated patient care and clerical functions in a timely/efficient manner.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required: High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
Must successfully complete Nurse's Aide training program.
Certified Nurse Aide certification through the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.
BLS required.…
