Job Description Position Purpose: Participates in the operation, maintenance, and repair of the water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Primary Duties/

Monitors and operates wastewater treatment plant equipment such as pumps, valves, motors, blowers, and chemical feed equipment.

Adjusts and makes repairs to wastewater treatment plant equipment, collects samples, runs tests and keeps records.

Adjusts or alters chemical treatment of plant processes as required.
