We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join a ward based in Brentwood, Essex.
Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with stroke, undertaking comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, setting person-centred goals, delivering evidence-based interventions, monitoring and reviewing treatment plans, and supporting discharge planning.
