### Business Analyst \- Process Optimisation \& Operations

**2 month contract \| Geneva, Switzerland**

We are seeking an experienced **Business Analyst** to support business transformation and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic international environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Analyse and optimise business processes

* Gather and document business requirements

* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions

* Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities

* Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

* Support change management and user adoption activities

* Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables

### Profile

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Improvement Analyst

* Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills

* Experience with business transformation or operational excellence initiatives

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities

* Experience supporting UAT and change management activities
