Online Student Success Mentor Reports to: Director of Online Student Success Job Status : Non-exempt Position Summary : The Online Student Success Mentor serves the Adult & Graduate Studies to work with the online student body by supporting the academic goals from the first day of class through matriculation onto graduation.
The position supports the University�s mission by student engagement, coaching and retaining the student for degree completion.
