Opening Prep Position

The goal of Jimmy John's Opening Prep Position is to prepare the store as quickly and efficiently as possible for a seamless opening.

We achieve this by learning the most efficient methods for preparing, slicing, chopping, and portioning the product for use throughout the day.

This would include preparing sliced veggies, sliced meats, baking bread, and any other opening tasks required to get the store ready for the day.
