About the Role
We're hiring an Operations Analyst to help manage and improve the systems and workflows that connect Rhythm with our utilities, vendors, and external partners.
You'll take ownership of critical operational processes, including transaction exceptions, failed orders, and customer-initiated requests.
Working across internal teams and external partners, you'll investigate issues, resolve exceptions, and ensure our operations run accurately and efficiently.
