Oppizi Ltd. is seeking a hands-on sales development leader to build and run the outbound engine from Barcelona.

You will manage the SDR team, carry your own pipeline, and own the outbound motion end to end—lists, sequences, deliverability, coaching, and conversion.

This player-coach role reports to the COO and requires a proven track record in outbound B2B, mentoring reps, and turning activity into qualified pipeline.
