Outreach Officer - Reach Hub Inclusion

SCHOOL VACANCY The post holder will work as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team based within the new Danesgate REACH Hub, providing professional outreach, liaison, and advisory services to mainstream schools and short-stay PRU teams within Danesgate.

The primary aim of this role is to promote a positive, inclusive, and solution-oriented environment across pupils mainstream educational setting, ensuring the social, emotional, and behavioural well-being of pupils can flourish.
