Parking Services Manager – Harlow District Council Location, Harlow CM20 1WG 4 days onsite, 2 days work from home Full time 6 Month Contract with the view for extension £18.00 – 20.00 PAYE Role The role will also act as a conduit to the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP), ensuring services relating to On and Off-Street Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO’s) are implemented within Harlow, and handling of ad hoc enquiries from members of the public.
