A reputable London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Parking Services Officer to join its Parking Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and responding to Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) correspondence , including challenges, representations and appeals, while ensuring decisions are made accurately and in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 and associated parking legislation .
