The role

Reporting to our Head of Production, you’ll be involved throughout the brewing and production process – from brewing and quality control to carbonation, filtration and kegging. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Brewing Operations: Execute brewing processes according to recipes and established procedures, ensuring excellent quality and consistency in every batch.
• Quality Control: Perform quality testing using equipment such as the Anton Paar Alcolyzer, pH meters, Dissolved Oxygen meters and CO₂ measurement devices.
• Carbonation: Manage and fine-tune beverage carbonation to achieve the desired specifications.
• Kegging & Filtration: Operate kegging and filtration equipment, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Carry out thorough Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) procedures for tanks, hoses, carbonation units, pumps, the brewhouse and other production equipment in accordance with our SOPs.
• Production Data: Accurately record and update production and quality data in our ERP systems Odoo.
• Packaging Support: Support packaging operations when required and work closely with colleagues across production.

You’ll also play an active role in keeping our workplace clean, safe, organized and efficient – and we want you to contribute ideas. We believe the people closest to production are often the ones who see the best opportunities for improvement.

Who are you? You’re someone who takes pride in your work and cares about the details that make the difference between a good product and a great one. Ideally, you have formal education in brewing, beverage production, food science or a related field, combined with some practical experience from a brewery or similar production environment. However, we’re also interested in people with the right technical understanding, attitude and desire to learn. We think you’ll thrive at FLO if you:
