Summary POSITION PURPOSE A Patient Access Specialist serves as the first point of contact for Froedtert South.

The position is accountable for appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, registration, coverage management, patient portal sign-up, patient message collection and routing, departmental support, prior authorization and WQ management.
