• Department: Acute Rehab • Schedule: Full-Time, Nights, 7p-7a, weekend and holiday rotation • Facility: Prime Healthcare Saint Joseph Hospital • Location: Elgin, IL The Patient Care Assistant assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to all patients and assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.
