Luke's Hours: 7am-7pm Full-Time (Ev ery 3rd weekend, every other holiday) Provides direct, hands-on patient support across nursing units under the supervision of licensed staff.

Responsibilities

include assisting with activities of daily living, promoting safe ambulation and transport using appropriate equipment, accurately documenting care and treatments, monitoring patient safety and condition, and promptly communicating observations and changes to the care team.
