General purpose of this position: To bag, scale and grade chicken paws as they come down the conveyor belt.

Essential Functions: Visually inspect and grade paws as they pass across the belt.

Grades paws for mangling, discoloration and excess skin and nails that remain on paws.

Discards the paws not graded out.

Place unsalvageable paws in the condemn barrel.

Bags and weights 40-50 pounds of paws and lift above waist level to box Participates as a member of the Team.
