Payroll & Lifecycle Specialist - Data-Driven HR

Hager Group in Milano is seeking a Payroll & Lifecycle Specialist for a permanent, on-site role.

You will manage data for payroll, support HRBPs and employees, and liaise with our external payroll provider to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing.

The position requires 5 years of payroll experience, a relevant degree, and fluency in English; French is a plus.
