PC Support Technician

We're seeking an ambitious PC Support Technician to assist with hardware deployments and IT support for local and regional facilities.

What you'll do:

• Install, deploy, move, configure, repair, and audit corporate standard hardware and software. The hardware includes PC’s, workstations, printers, phones, smart phones and other technologies.
• Travel between local FAC campuses, and regional offices for IT Support. (All in close proximity to Rochester Hills)
• Daily Logistics IT hardware and software pickups.
• Meet with IT vendors at local campuses.
• Maintain PC audit records.
• Track and audit software licensing.
• Communicate with the Technical Group as needed to get problems resolved.
• Answer and track calls at the helpdesk.
• Provide support for Audio Video in conference rooms.
• Provide telephone support.

• Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and support PC hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting knowledge of printers, conference room equipment and computer hardware. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and ambitious individual who can work closely with customers.
• Independently motivated individual who will stay abreast on current technology.
• Capability to work through interruptions and prioritize tasks based on identified priorities.
