Mercor is seeking an experienced private equity associate to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack for a consumer/leisure transaction in Europe.
You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, sources, and stated assumptions, and peer-review two anonymized models against fixed criteria with a short rationale and a scorecard.
English-speaking professionals preferred.
The engagement runs about 20–25 hours over 1.5–2 weeks.
