As CMAC Group continues to grow internationally, we are creating a new People Operations Manager role to lead the delivery of People services in Spain.
Based in Barcelona and reporting to the Director of People, this role is the senior People representative for our Barcelona office and airport-based workforce, working closely with the wider international People Team.
This is a hands-on operational role responsible for delivering high-quality People services across the full employee lifecycle.
