Ethos is seeking an experienced people operations manager to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
The role offers remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week with a pay rate of $70/hour.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years in HR, direct ownership of job descriptions and policy drafting, and superb written communication with attention to detail.
