Performance & Strategy Manager

As Performance & Strategy Manager, you will work directly with Clara, our co-founder, as part of pony’s founders’ office.

You will own performance and objective management across the company.

You will run the performance cycles: set company objectives in line with financial targets, cascade them to teams and individuals, and calibrate the related incentives.
