Personal Advisor (Leaving Care) We are looking for an experienced Personal Advisor to join a Children's Social Care team, supporting young people who are preparing to leave care or have already left care.

The successful candidate will provide practical advice, guidance and ongoing support to care leavers, helping them develop independence, achieve positive outcomes and successfully transition into adulthood.
