photoshop 2 images

Hi I need the following change made to 2 images 1.

Barry and Amanda.

I need the background changed to something nicer. even if only a colour or mood. then the image made to look like an oil painting.

2.

Katie and Amanda.

Again. need a better background and general touch up, Wrinkles removed etc. but kept natural.

Also need a fast turnaround as ran out of time to get this printed for my best friend's birthday.
