Description

Clarios is seeking an Plant HR Manager to lead the HR function for two manufacturing sites in Spain (Guardamar del Segura and Ibi), guiding 550 employees and partnering with local leadership to drive engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Based at the Guardamar del Segura plant, you will own HR processes, labor law compliance, payroll governance, and collaboration with Works Councils on transformation initiatives, shaping a high-performance, inclusive culture across sites.
