Job Description Job Summary The Plant Manager is accountable for the site team, overall manufacturing processes, and the physical facility.
This includes accountabilities for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and all aspects of continuous improvement.
Serve as the key interface with a variety of support personnel including R&D, Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics internally/ externally.
