Description
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled and enthusiastic SEND and Inclusion Senior Specialist Support Worker to join our highly regarded Portage Team within the Specialist Inclusion Support Service.
Portage is a specialist home-visiting educational service for children aged 0-3 years with significant additional needs and disabilities.
This opportunity is fulltime, term-time plus 1 week and temporary until 31st August 2029.
