JOB SUMMARY : The Porter will be responsible for ensuring the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, and parking lots are well-maintained.

This position involves daily trash removal, preparing units for move-in, assisting with maintenance tasks, and reporting any repair concerns to the Maintenance Director.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proactive in ensuring safety, and maintain a high standard of curb appeal throughout the community.
