Amazon Web Services is seeking a Power Electronics Reliability Engineer to own the functional-safety case and the reliability/qualification program for the SST control, protection and power-conversion system.

As a Power Electronics Reliability Engineer you will: 1) define IEC 61508 safety functions and safe-state behavior (STO/SS1/SLS), 2) plan/run HALT/HASS and qualification per the V&V strategy, and 3) deliver a defined safety and reliability scope.
