Prep Cook

A prep cook is a key component in running the restaurant.

This job is done Monday through Sunday.

There is a prep list left for the prep cook every morning so you know each thing that has to be done along with how much has to get done.

This system is put in place to insure that the kitchen can run smoothly without having to worry about running out of product.
