Reference: NWM/764 ​ Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM ​ Starting Salary: £25,390 per annum rising to £26,206 after probation ​ ​ Location: South Norfolk Poringland ​ ​You will be required to travel to other locations where necessary.

The role will include lone-working within GP practices and/or other appropriate community venues.
