What you will do
You will be a member of the Defect Inspection Engineer team (DIE) which is part of the Inspection and Metrology Characterization group (IMC).
The IMC group is responsible for the metrology and defectivity process portfolio and tools and follows up processes under evaluation/validation for furture needs.
