Process Engineer – Thin film and wafer metrology
What you will do
Manage and optimize thin-film and wafer metrology tools, developing automated measurement recipes and ensuring equipment stability, quality, throughput, and safety.
You will be a member of the in-Line Metrology Process Engineering team.
This team is responsible for the standard metrology processes and tools in the cleanroom.
